Work on the implementation and analysis of the feasibility study of the project "Evaluation of sensory abilities and food behavior in pediatric oncology : a feasibility study"
Main objective : to determine the feasibility of tests to measure olfactory capacity, taste and salivary function in children aged 7 to 17 years included, undergoing chemotherapy.
Secondary Objectives :
- Measure completion rate of questionnaires
- Assess the relationship between the alteration of olfactory capacity on the one hand and the alteration of gustatory capacity on the other, and:
o Sensitivity to texture
o The preference of texture
o Preferences and eating habits
o Salivary function
o Calorie intake
o Nutritional status (degree of undernutrition and risk)
o Quality of life
