The Center for Food and Hospitality Research hosts Research Symposiums in which researchers and professionals from throughout the world come together to discuss cuting edge themes in research. It will take place at the Institut Paul Bocuse, on September 20th.

Organized by Laure Saulais, Research Scientist in Behaviorial Economics, this Symposium is an event combining research and field expertise to address the challenges of eating at work tomorrow.


Wellbeing at work is becoming a key priority in companies. At the same time, maintaining a balanced diet is part of a healthy lifestyle. Yet, very little is known about workers’ eating habits, and what can be done to improve them.
This symposium brings together scientists and private and public sectors professionals interested in the topic of eating at work in order to present the most advanced knowledge on the topic, to share expertise and field experience, and identify the challenges to come.

This event will include a presentation of the main outcomes of the EU-funded project
